Biography

Dr. Tara Wright is a board-certified chiropractor specializing in spinal and extremity rehabilitation, flexion-distraction therapy, sports rehabilitation, soft tissue technique, and nutritional counseling.

Since 2014 when Dr. Tara achieved her Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic (PCC) in Port Orange, Florida, Dr. Tara has perfected her soft tissue mobilization, post-injury rehabilitation, and nutrition counseling skills. She is excited to help patients improve their overall health, whether it’s through nutrition or through regaining total body wellness through chiropractic care.

Dr. Tara enjoys working with pediatrics focusing on spinal realignment and natural health care, such as care with ear infections for infants to adolescents. She also helps children and teens to avoid sports injuries.

In addition to her practice, Dr. Tara offers a very underused discipline of health care for our pets. She provides adjustments and massage therapy for animals.

Dr. Tara grew up in upstate New York, where she attended college at Rochester Institute of Technology, majoring in Biomedical Science with a minor in Exercise Science. Dr. Tara quickly recognized her passion for helping others achieve optimum wellness through a holistic approach, leading her to chiropractic care at PCC. She eventually met Dr. Jay, and they shared an interest in nutrition, training, and all avenues of natural wellness and chiropractic care, leading to a great relationship and marriage.

Dr. Tara’s parents live in upstate New York and own a bison ranch, Mud Creek Bison Ranch. Here in Central Florida, Dr. Tara is involved with her sister-in-law and brother-in-law’s special needs community.

Dr. Tara and Dr. Jay are parents of two beautiful children.
